I am a self-help junkie, former advocate for victims of domestic violence, current psychiatric RN, as well as being a recovering victim of Narcissistic abuse.

My goal is to educate, empower, and inspire other abuse victims in understanding more about what happened to them (and how to prevent it from happening again), as well as how to go on and rebuild an amazing life.

Even though I have had a lot of "in the trenches" experience with highly manipulative people of all kinds, I consider myself to be a student of Narcissism, mindset, motivation, healing, and life in general, and am by no means an expert on any of these topics.

It's for these reasons, that when you are reading my information that I encourage you to hold to what helps, and let the rest go.

  1. I have a ex-girlfriend her name is Rebecca my, question is what to do when she constantly calls I have blocked her so she has resorted to using different unknown phone number ifrom areas from across the state and local numbers this behavior continues on a daily basis and is perfectly time throughout the day with the only break coming over the weekend but begins right back on Monday morning just an FYI I do not answer any of these calls I let them go to voicemail with no message ever

  2. Hmm…good question. Depending on how dangerous or destructive she is, as well as how emotionally strong you feel, you could either tell her to stop calling–that you have moved on, and that she needs to as well–or if you feel like this would make things worse, then I vote you change your numbers. Yes, it’s inconvenient, but it’s better than being harassed on a daily basis. I’m sorry you are going through this–I know how frustrating this can be.

  3. I know I’m healing because I can open my blinds AND my window without being scarred he’s going to be watching me.
